Hello! My name is Nikoloz Aliashvili, and this September, I will be continuing my studies at one of the UK’s oldest and most prestigious universities—Durham University—pursuing a master’s degree in International Business Management. I was awarded the Business School’s Achievement Award, which is the maximum scholarship amount available for international students. I also received offers and funding from the University of Glasgow, University of Strathclyde, University of Aberdeen, and University of Sussex, but in the end, I chose Durham University.

The Oxford program is probably one of the most exceptional experiences I’ve had. The staff is absolutely amazing—so attentive and organized, with everything planned to perfection. The course itself was incredibly fun yet academically intense at the same time, and the two weeks flew by in the blink of an eye! I still can’t fully process it. The medical course, led by our incredible student instructor, was simply outstanding. She poured her heart into planning each lesson, and honestly, words aren’t enough to describe this experience. Cambridge, on the other hand, is a completely different vibe. It feels more mature, more project-based. Oxford was academically rigorous but still had plenty of evening activities to unwind. Long story short—I’m on cloud nine! 🫧🫧🫧🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

I recently used the services of Georgian Academic Abroad (GAA) for my UK visa documentation, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning to the completion of my visa application, GAA provided exceptional support, ensuring that every detail was meticulously organized and processed efficiently. One of the biggest advantages of working with GAA was their role as an intermediary between me and my university.
